It’s been a while since we last shared with you what has been happening in the lives of the Refactory Alumni who are now going ahead to do big things in big spaces.
We pride ourselves in the calibre of tech talent that comes through our doors as they are well equipped with soft skills and technical skills that allow them one foot in the door when they are ready for gainful employment.
Let’s dive straight into it,
At the start of this year, we were thrilled to have received a headhunting call from Stanbic Uganda in search of fresh tech talent to beef up their day-to-day operations. 4 of Refactory’s alumni were dissolved into the different subsidiaries of the group. To mention but a-few….
Biko Jeremy Biteete Junior Software developer Flyhub, Stanbic Uganda Holdings.
Isaac Ssemugenyi – Junior Software Developer (Learnership Program) – Flyhub Uganda Limited (Stanbic FINTECH Company).
Also, recently Laboremus has taken on new talent to fill their ever-growing need for developers who fit the skillset they are looking for. Emmanuel, Steve and Kevin joined the DevOps team at Laboremus Uganda to extend support to the tremendous work they are doing-especially with Emata, a licensed microfinance institution that digitises farmers’ cooperatives and gives them access to digital and affordable financial products.
