Program Overview

Refactory’s Product Management Program is a 12-week online course that teaches you how to build and lead digital products. You’ll learn practical skills like Agile, Lean, and data-driven decision-making—used by top tech teams around the world.

You will explore how great products come to life from understanding what people need, to designing solutions, working with teams, launching, and improving them over time. With hands-on projects and real-world tools, you’ll gain the confidence to lead in fast-moving, tech-driven workplaces.
