Our Safeguarding Principles
We do not tolerate any form of abuse, exploitation, harassment, or discrimination. This applies to all staff, mentors, industry partners, and participants across our programs.
Safeguarding is embedded in our curriculum design, mentorship practices, and collaborative engagements. We proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure safe learning and working spaces.
We prioritize accessibility through measures such as child care support, sign language interpretation, and adaptive technologies ensuring that no one is left behind.
Our team and partners are trained to recognize and respond to safeguarding concerns. We promote a culture of respect, accountability, and transparency across all our initiatives.
We encourage anyone with concerns about safety or conduct to report them immediately. All reports are handled confidentially and investigated thoroughly. We are committed to supporting survivors and taking appropriate action.

We work closely with learners, alumni, disability advocates, delivery partners and industry partners to strengthen safeguarding practices. Our policies are reviewed regularly to reflect best practices and evolving community needs.
