Neville is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from Makerere University specializing in finance. He is also an aspiring saxophonist currently striving to attain mastery of the alto saxophone. He loves gardening and road trips. He is training to become a highly proficient developer and agilist capable of successfully solving problems and managing projects. He hopes to become a professional problem solver with a specific focus on Africa’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and health services delivery.

Work Experience

  • Designed and piloted an excel dashboard to aid a group of Cambodian private water companies in assessing their bank ability and capacity to get loans from Cambodian commercial banks.
  • Conducted research and interviews with key stakeholders in the Ugandan dairy sector that informed a market map of opportunities for the use of productive use technology along the dairy value chain in Uganda.
  • Conducted research, field interviews and wrote a report on behalf of an East African solar company aimed at assessing the viability of launching solar-powered business hubs in the Kiryandongo refugee settlement.
  • Conducted market research and wrote a report on behalf of an East African solar company aimed at assessing the viability of launching solar-powered milling technology in Iganga, Jinja and Kamuli districts.
  • Built a financial model for a Ugandan poultry company aimed at helping the business raise USD 140k in financing for growth.
  • Conducted research on behalf of a Ugandan moringa producer aimed at mapping opportunities to unlock export markets in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
